my story
Life brings many twists and turns and I really have experienced my fair share - I have no doubt there will be more to come! I read once that we have two lives; one to live and one to learn.
I think combining the two is the tricky part, but it is possible, and pretty much comes down to nurturing a connection with yourself that only you can find. It’s all about listening and tuning in and I’m here to help you do just that.
I have always been fascinated by learning, language, interpretation, meaning and especially those ‘penny drop’ moments of realisation. Witnessing clients have these moments of connection with themselves is what is so powerful and facilitates true meaningful change.
I have a BA Hons degree in Communication Studies and come from a background in Secondary Education as an English Language and Learning Specialist.
I have studied Leadership and Performance coaching with Independent Coaching, Manchester. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and governed by their code of standards and ethics.
I live by the sea in the UK and I am mother to my daughter Lily Rose. My happy place is sipping coffee, eating cake and chatting with friends.
